Our artwork is produced with premium DTF printing designed to create a bold, embroidered patch-like effect. Every pair is arranged, applied, and finished by hand—no templates and no mass production.

Bring Your Own Jeans — Starting at $90

Provide a pair of jeans that fits you exactly how you prefer.

Your jeans must be:

• New or freshly washed
• Free of stains, fabric softener, and heavy distressing in the design area
• Made primarily from denim or cotton
• Delivered or shipped to KTC by the stated deadline

Shipping or drop-off instructions will be provided after checkout.

KTC will source the jeans for your custom design.

Design Coverage

Front Design Only

Includes a custom layout across the front of the jeans using your selected photos, name, number, team elements, and patch-effect graphics.

Front + Back Design

Includes a complete front-and-back concept with expanded artwork, additional photos, team graphics, personalized text, and supporting design elements.

How to Order

1. Select whether you are providing your own jeans or purchasing a pair from KTC.
2. Choose front-only or front-and-back coverage.
3. Select your size and fit when purchasing jeans through KTC.
4. Upload your photos, logos, and inspiration images at checkout.
5. Enter the athlete’s name, number, team, colors, and special requests.
6. Review and approve your design proof before production begins.

Photo Requirements

For the strongest design, upload:

• Three to six clear, high-resolution photos
• Team or school logo
• Athlete’s name and number
• Team colors
• Mascot or slogan
• Inspiration photos, if applicable

Avoid screenshots, heavily filtered images, blurry photos, or images where the athlete is partially covered.

Processing Time

Please allow approximately:

• 3–5 business days for the initial design proof
• 7–14 business days for production after approval
• Additional transit time when jeans must be shipped to or from KTC

Production begins only after the design is approved and KTC has received the jeans, when applicable.

Important Custom-Order Policy

Each pair is personalized and made specifically for the customer. Measurements, placement, distressing, denim wash, and graphic appearance may vary slightly, making every pair unique.

Because this is a custom product:

• All sales are final
• Changes cannot be made after design approval
• KTC is not responsible for incorrect sizes selected by the customer
• Customer-provided garments are accepted at the customer’s risk
• Normal wear may occur over time with repeated washing and use

Care Instructions

• Turn jeans inside out
• Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle
• Use mild detergent
• Do not use bleach or fabric softener
• Hang dry whenever possible
• Do not iron directly over the graphics
• Avoid dry cleaning
